On the evening of November 17th, the Guangzhou Futures Exchange announced that it was decided by the Party Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission that Xing Xiangfei would be appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange Party Committee and General Manager, appointed as a director of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and nominated as the candidate for Deputy Chairman of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange. Comrade Zhu Lihong will no longer serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, and a new appointment will be made. In accordance with legal procedures, the second session of the board of directors of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange held the ninth and tenth interim meetings in 2025 and the fourth interim shareholders' meeting in 2025, electing Comrade Xing Xiangfei as a director and Deputy Chairman of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and recruiting him as the General Manager.
