Hengeda announced that the company convened the Ninth Meeting of the Third Board of Directors on November 17, 2025, and approved the proposal to adjust the guarantee scheme for its wholly-owned German subsidiary, SMS Precision Machines GmbH. The company will provide SMS with an additional guarantee amount of not more than 50 million yuan, increasing the total guarantee amount from not more than 50 million yuan to not more than 100 million yuan. The guarantee amount can be used repeatedly and is valid for 12 months from June 17, 2025. This adjustment aims to further support the business expansion of SMS, meeting its daily operating funds and credit support needs.
