China Software International (00354.HK) has reached a strategic cooperation with Shenkaihong and YESWECAN to jointly build a new ecosystem of "open-source Hongmeng + RISC-V" dual open-source digital infrastructure.

(referred to as "Shen Kaihong") and Beijing Yisiwei Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yisiwei Computing"). They will jointly build a dual open-source independent ecosystem with "Open Source Hongmeng+ RISC-V" as the core. The three parties will leverage complementary resources: China Software International relies on software applications, system integration, and industry landing capabilities, Shen Kaihong relies on the full-scene research and development and distributed technology accumulation of the open-source Hongmeng operating system, and Yisiwei Computing is supported by RISC-V chips and customized solutions to promote the scale landing of new products and technologies related to "Open Source Hongmeng+ RISC-V" in digital economic scenarios, fully empowering thousands of industries to transform intelligently.
