Changshu Bank: Executive Director and President Bao Jian resigns from office due to job changes.

Changshu Bank announced in the evening of November 13th that the bank's executive director and CEO, Bao Jian, due to job changes, submitted a written resignation to the board of directors, applying to resign from the positions of executive director, member of the board's strategy and agriculture financial services committee, and CEO of the bank, effective from November 13th, 2025. After Bao Jian resigns, he will no longer hold any position in the bank.
