Changshu Bank plans to hire Lu Dingchang as the President and Chief Compliance Officer.

Changshu Bank announced on November 13 that the Board of Directors intends to appoint Lu Dingchang as President and Chief Compliance Officer, and intends to appoint Zhang Kangde and Ni Jianfeng as Vice Presidents. The qualifications for the above positions still need to be approved by the Suzhou Supervision Branch of the China Banking Regulatory Commission. Prior to this, Lu Dingchang has been acting on behalf of the President's duties of the bank.
