According to the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission, the "Regulations on the Planning, Construction, Operation and Management of Oil and Gas Infrastructure" was approved by the 24th Executive Meeting on October 28, 2025, and is now announced publicly. It will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
