The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Tianjin Development (00882.HK) announced on November 11, 2025 that Lisheng Pharmaceutical (an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) had entered into a wealth management agreement with Bohai Bank, subscribing to a structured deposit of Renminbi 210 million yuan in principal amount.
