According to Southern Daily, on the afternoon of November 10, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held an expanded meeting to open the study session of the Provincial Party Committee's theoretical study center group, and specially conveyed and studied the important speeches and important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Guangdong and attendance at the opening ceremony of the 15th National Games, and discussed the opinions on implementing them in our province. Provincial Party Secretary Huang Kunming presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping made clear requirements during his inspection of Guangdong on promoting the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and emphasized that as an economically developed province and region, Guangdong should have a high position and a broad perspective in formulating the "14th Five-Year Plan", reflecting the responsibility and commitment to lead, demonstrate, and shoulder the responsibility.
