Zhixin Finance APP News, Shangtai Technology (001301.SZ) announced that the company held the 24th meeting of the second session of the board of directors on November 8, 2025, and approved the proposal of "Signing the Project Investment and Development Agreement and Investing in the Construction of a Project with an Annual Output of 200,000 Tons of Lithium-ion Battery Anode Materials". The company agreed to sign a project investment and development agreement or supplementary agreement with the Shanxi Transformation Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone Management Committee and related units (hereinafter referred to as "both parties") on the investment cooperation matters of the "Annual Production of 200,000 Tons of Lithium-ion Battery Anode Materials Project". The company or its subsidiary is allowed to establish a new project company, use its own or self-raised funds to invest in a new project within the jurisdiction of the Shanxi Transformation Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone in Shanxi Province. The total preliminary investment of the project is estimated to be approximately 40.7 billion yuan.
