China Chengtong Development Group: Appoints Chen Jianying, Zhang Chuanyi, and Bai Chunrui as executive directors.

China Chengtong Development Group announced that Mr. Liqian resigned as executive director and chairman of the board of directors, as well as no longer serving as a member of the board remuneration committee, effective from November 7, 2025 due to adjustments in the work arrangement of the company's ultimate controlling company. On the same day, Mr. Chen Jianying has been appointed as executive director; Mr. Zhang Chuanyi has been appointed as executive director and chairman of the board's environment, social, and governance committee; and Ms. Bai Chunrui has been appointed as executive director. In addition, Ms. Sun Jie has been reassigned from executive director to chairman of the company and non-executive director.
