According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Zunyi Yongneng Petroleum Co., Ltd. underwent a change in its business registration. The original shareholder, Zunyi Xinpu Industrial Investment Operation Co., Ltd., has exited, and new shareholders Guizhou Xijiu Co., Ltd., Guizhou Xijiu Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and CNPC Kunlun Haokex LLC have been added. The company's name has been changed to CNPC Haokex Xijiu Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and both the legal representative and key personnel have changed. The company was established in June 2018 and its business scope includes liquor business, second-class value-added telecommunications services, food sales, and daily department store sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is now jointly owned by China Petroleum and the aforementioned new shareholders.
