Kangsheng Group (002418.SZ): Jiangsu Ruijin plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1%

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Kangsheng Corporation (002418.SZ) announced that its shareholder Jiangsu Ruijin Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Ruijin"), holding 56.82 million shares (5% of the total share capital of the company), plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding on the stock exchange from November 28, 2025 to February 27, 2026, with the total number of shares not exceeding 11.364 million shares (i.e. not more than 1% of the total share capital of the company).
