(referred to as "Kelida Group"), signed a "Suzhou Kelida Decoration Co., Ltd. Stock Transfer Agreement" with Mr. Cui Jianquan on November 5, 2025. The controlling shareholder Kelida Group intends to transfer 40 million shares of Kelida's unlimited circulating stock held by it to Mr. Cui Jianquan through the agreement, accounting for 6.71% of the current total share capital of the company. The total price for the transfer of the target shares is 246 million yuan.
