Analyst: The recent increase in the Euro against the US dollar may still be limited and short-lived.

Analysts at Monex Europe stated in their report that the euro has rebounded against the dollar, but due to global risk sentiment fluctuations, the upside may still be limited and short-lived. They pointed out that the risk aversion sentiment after the stock market sell-off and concerns about the ongoing US government shutdown drove the earlier rise in the dollar. In addition, the division among Federal Reserve officials on interest rate issues has also dampened expectations of a short-term rate cut. Given the European Central Bank's advocacy for maintaining interest rates unchanged last week, analysts believe the euro will fluctuate within the range of 1.14 to 1.16.
