Bethel: jointly invest with Golden Run Electric to establish Wuhu Bethel Drive Technology Co., Ltd.

Bethel announced that the company has jointly invested with Jinrun Electric to establish Wuhu Bethel Drive Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The company contributed 60 million yuan in capital from its own funds, holding a 60% stake; Jinrun Electric contributed 40 million yuan in capital from its own funds, holding a 40% stake.
