On October 31, the Beijing Stock Exchange publicly released the evaluation results of information disclosure work of listed companies for the first time, with an overall excellent rate of 86.2%. Among the 262 companies participating in the evaluation, 48 were rated as Class A, and nearly 80% of the companies received "bonus points" for actively rewarding investors through cash dividends, buybacks, etc. Industry insiders believe that the evaluation results may be linked to capital actions such as corporate refinancing, mergers, and acquisitions, establishing a strong market incentive and constraint mechanism.
