Moody's: Grants an "A1" rating to two senior unsecured notes to be issued by the Sydney branch of Bank of China (03988.HK)

On November 3rd, Moody's awarded Bank of China Limited (referred to as "Bank of China" 03988.HK601988.SH) the "A1" rating for their planned issuance of RMB-denominated, 3-year fixed-rate, senior unsecured notes and USD-denominated, 5-year floating-rate, senior unsecured notes at its Sydney branch. The above-mentioned notes will be issued under Bank of China's $40 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) program.
