Hengtai (00197) announced that, following the recommendation of its audit committee, Zhiyuanshengqin Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. (Zhiyuanshengqin) has been appointed as the new auditor for the company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 (2025/26 fiscal year), effective from September 9, 2026, to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation of Roshenmei Accounting Firm (Roshenmei), with the term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

(Zhibao Xinqin) has been appointed as the new auditor for the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026 (2025/26 fiscal year), effective September 9, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Roshan Mei Certified Public Accountants (Roshan Mei), with the term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
