Jin Yan Sheng Zhi (01951) announced that, building on its existing clinical and reproductive medicine capabilities, the group plans to further develop a translational medicine platform primarily focusing on women's health. This platform will integrate the group's existing innovation center, genetic testing center, affiliated research platforms, clinical networks, and expertise in reproductive medicine, aiming to promote the translation of research findings into clinical applications.
JXR (01951) announced that, leveraging its existing clinical and reproductive medicine capabilities, the group intends to further develop a translational medicine platform primarily focused on women's health. The platform will integrate the group's current innovation center, genetic testing center, affiliated research platforms, clinical network, and reproductive medicine expertise, with the aim of promoting the translation of research results into clinical applications.
The platform aims to connect unmet clinical needs and patient cohorts with scientific research, disease models, preclinical evaluations, clinical studies, and, where applicable, clinical translation. The preliminary focal areas are expected to include ovarian aging, ovarian dysfunction, and other reproductive and womens health-related diseases. The platform is currently in the early stages and serves as an extension of the groups existing capabilities; assisted reproduction and related medical services will remain core businesses of the group.
Regarding the platform, the group has established the following external collaboration arrangements.
A. Research Collaboration Memorandum with Professor Qi
Recently, the group signed a research collaboration memorandum with Professor Qi Weizhi, under which both parties agreed to explore collaboration in areas such as reproductive and developmental biology, regenerative medicine, disease models, and translational medicine. The initial focus areas include ovarian aging, ovarian dysfunction, and other reproductive and womens health-related diseases. Non-human primate models may be considered as part of specific research projects when supported by scientific justification. Any specific projects will depend on further scientific evaluation and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Professor Qi is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, president of the Chinese Society for Stem Cell Research, and director and distinguished professor of the Primate Translational Medicine Research Institute at Kunming University of Science and Technology, with extensive experience in reproductive and developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and non-human primate disease models.
B. Framework Cooperation Agreement on Research Animal Resources and Reproductive Capability
Recently, the group entered into a framework cooperation agreement with a partner possessing relevant research animal resources and breeding capabilities. According to this agreement, both parties agree to explore collaboration related to research animal resources, reproductive capabilities, and the construction of research cohorts applicable to biomedical research.
Proposed collaborations will explore whether the groups assisted reproductive technologies and reproductive medicine expertise can contribute to reproductive management, breeding efficiency, and related preclinical research infrastructure, while complying with applicable laws and regulations, and establishing further specific arrangements on a project basis as appropriate.
Overall, the group's existing resources and the aforementioned collaboration arrangements aim to create an integrated pathway that connects its clinical network and patient resources, innovation center, genetic testing center, and affiliated research platforms with external scientific, preclinical, and clinical research capabilities.

The platform and the aforementioned arrangements are still in the early stages. These arrangements serve as a general framework and do not commit the group to undertake any specific research, clinical, or commercial projects, nor do they involve significant capital expenditures. Any project will depend on further evaluation, the signing of formal agreements, and obtaining applicable regulatory and ethical approvals. There is no guarantee that any project will progress to clinical development or commercialization, and it is not anticipated that there will be a significant impact on the group's revenue, profit, or cash flow in the near term.
