This device, possibly named the iPhone Ultra, may offer practicality similar to that of the iPad mini, unfolding to transform into a tablet form factor while being compact enough to fit in a pocket. Apple has yet to officially unveil this foldable device, but a concept video for the iPhone Ultra has been circulating online. This video, lasting about a minute, was released by designer Gunho Lee rather than Apple itself, and has been widely reported by tech media outlets such as MacRumors and AppleInsider. The video showcases rumored specifications and features of the iPhone Ultra, including a 7.8-inch internal display, Touch ID fingerprint recognition, a mechanical hinge, a dual-battery system, and an A20 chip. According to multiple leaks and predictions from MacRumors, 9to5Mac, and AppleInsider, the iPhone Ultra is expected to become the most expensive iPhone in Apples history, with stock levels in the tens of millions. Design: The iPhone Ultra is expected to feature a foldable design similar to a book, with the width greater than the height when unfolded. It will borrow design elements from the iPhone Air, featuring a titanium metal frame, resulting in an extremely slim profile when opened. When folded, the phone resembles two iPhone Airs stacked together, but still remains very thin. Due to the slim design, it is challenging to equip both front and back screens with separate Face ID modules, so the iPhone Ultra is expected to use a Touch ID integrated into the power button. Display: The exterior screen may be shorter and wider than existing iPhone screens, while the interior screen could resemble the iPad mini (with a 5.3-5.5 inch outer screen and a 7.6-7.8 inch inner screen).
