LONGBIO-B(01779) announced that Dr. Chen Kan (Dr. Chen) has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director, effective August 31, 2026, to dedicate more time to other business commitments. The Board also announced that, after considering the recommendations of the Board Nomination Committee, it has resolved to recommend the appointment of Mr. Xue Kailu (Mr. Xue) as a non-executive director. The Board has reviewed and approved the proposal for full circulation of H shares, which involves converting 1,262,882 non-listed shares (non-listed shares) into H shares of the Company (full circulation of H shares).
