Shandong Gold (01787) announced that Mr. Gao Yongtao has been elected as an independent non-executive director of the Companys seventh board of directors at the extraordinary general meeting. This is in reference to the Company's announcement dated December 29, 2025, regarding Mr. Zhan Kai's resignation. The board also announced that with Mr. Gao Yongtao's election as an independent non-executive director of the Companys seventh board of directors at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhan Kai's resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Companys seventh board of directors, member of the board's strategic committee, member of the board's sustainable development committee, member of the board's audit committee, chairman of the board's nomination committee, and member of the board's remuneration and assessment committee will take effect on the same day. After his resignation, Mr. Zhan Kai will no longer hold any position in the Company.
