PEIJIA-B (09996) announced its mid-year results for 2026, with revenue of 425 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.1%; gross profit of 290 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.13%; and R&D expenses of 88.409 million yuan. The announcement stated that the group achieved sustained revenue growth during the reporting period. By continuously optimizing its product mix, implementing lean cost management measures, and enhancing operational efficiency, the group partially offset the negative impacts of TAVR price adjustments, the higher manufacturing costs during the initial ramp-up of TaurusTrio, and the centralized procurement in the neuro-intervention business while maintaining a robust gross profit margin of approximately 68.3%. During the reporting period, the group's independently developed neuro-intervention products continued to gain market recognition, benefiting from differentiated product design, clinical value, and innovative treatment solutions. Through close collaboration between doctors and engineers, the group has developed a series of innovative technologies and solutions. Among these, the BASIS technology based on the Syphonet thrombectomy stent and the zero-exchange technology based on the Fastunnel delivery balloon catheter have gained widespread clinical application, further driving market penetration of related products. Additionally, the DCwire micro-guidewire has also continued to receive clinical recognition, contributing to the growth of the group's independently developed neuro-intervention product portfolio. Meanwhile, the group has continually expanded its neuro-intervention product portfolio through strategic partnerships. During the reporting period, the group achieved a scale-up in commercialization of the YonFlow flow-directed micro-mesh stent and the Qida disposable neurovascular catheter, for which it holds exclusive distribution rights in China, contributing additional revenue growth. The group has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bard Medical (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. (Bard Medical) to collaborate on the exclusive distribution of the SeQuent Please CIS paclitaxel drug-coated intracranial balloon dilation catheter in mainland China, further enriching its neuro-intervention product pipeline and providing more opportunities for business growth following future regulatory approvals.
