Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings (01232) announced that it expects the profit attributable to the companys owners for the six months ending June 30, 2026, to be no less than RMB 1.5 billion, while the group recorded a net loss attributable to the companys owners of RMB 214 million for the period ending June 30, 2025. The turnaround from loss to profit in the mid-2026 period is primarily attributed to the gain arising from the confirmation of offshore debt restructuring. Excluding the impact of the debt restructuring gain, the group expects to incur a loss attributable to the companys owners of no more than RMB 55 million in mid-2026, mainly due to impairment provisions on property projects and fair value losses on investment properties.
