Bailey Pro Holdings (00617) announced that the group is expected to incur a comprehensive loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 210 million for the mid-term period of 2026, compared to a loss of HKD 613.4 million in the same period of 2025.
PALIBURG HOLD(00617) announced that it expects the group to incur a shareholder's attributable comprehensive loss of approximately HK$210 million for the mid-2026 period, compared to a loss of HK$613.4 million during the same period in 2025. During the mid-2026 period, revenues from the group's property business and the hotel operations conducted through the company's major listed subsidiary, Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited, have both increased. Additionally, financing costs have decreased due to lower interest rates. Furthermore, the group realized approximately HK$610 million in gains from the beneficial sale of the Regal Oriental Hotel, previously owned by REGAL REIT (through its listed subsidiary Regal). This sale was completed in April 2026. Therefore, despite the impairment loss incurred by the company's other listed subsidiary, Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited, due to recent changes affecting its afforestation projects for the development of land in Xinjiang, Mainland China, it is anticipated that the group's shareholder's attributable comprehensive loss will significantly decrease from HK$613.4 million in the first half of 2025 to approximately HK$210 million in the mid-2026 period.
