CHINA SUNTIEN (00956) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Jiantou New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiantou New Energy"), plans to participate in the acquisition of 49% equity held by minority shareholders in Chongli Jiantou Huashi Wind Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongli Wind Energy Company") and Zhangbei Jiantou Huashi Wind Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhangbei Wind Energy Company") through public bidding delisting. If the delisting is successful, the company will hold 100% equity in both target companies, and Chongli Wind Energy Company and Zhangbei Wind Energy Company will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
The announcement stated that upon completion of the acquisition of 49% equity in Chongli Wind Energy Company and Zhangbei Wind Energy Company, Jiantou New Energy will hold 100% control of these two companies, and they will be included in the company's financial statements, which will expand the company's asset size, increase equity capacity, improve management efficiency, facilitate the development of surrounding resources, and promote the company's scale development in the region, laying a solid foundation for the company's development during the "Five-Year Plan."
