CR Construction (01582) released its mid-year performance for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group achieved a profit of HK$3.571 billion, an increase of 28.76% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$24.278 million, a decrease of 32.27% year-on-year; and the basic earnings per share was 4.86 HK cents.
The announcement stated that revenue from building construction projects increased from approximately HK$2.414 billion in the six months ended June 30, 2024, to approximately HK$3.142 billion in the six months ended June 30, 2025, an increase of approximately HK$728 million or approximately 30.1%. The increase in revenue was driven by the additional income brought in by new projects and existing projects during the reporting period.
