The KAISA GROUP (01638) announced that, as mentioned in the restructuring announcement, the company and Ruijing are seeking the agreement of the planned creditors to extend the current deadline. The Board is pleased to announce that the necessary consent of the planned creditors has been obtained, and the current deadline of the plan has been extended from June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Apart from the extension mentioned above, all other terms and conditions of the restructuring will remain unchanged. Furthermore, on June 27, 2025, upon the joint application of the relevant parties, the High Court has cancelled the hearing of the revised petition scheduled for June 30, 2025, and has postponed the hearing of the revised petition to October 6, 2025.
