On September 28, 2025, the company received the "Decision" from the Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court, deciding to extend the pre-reorganization period of Wanxiang New Yuan Technology Co.,Ltd. until January 3, 2026. During the extended period of pre-reorganization, the temporary administrator will continue to fulfill their duties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court.
