Pruit announcement, the company's holding subsidiary Haidian Sodium Star signed an agreement with Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee to invest in the construction of a sodium ion battery production base with an annual output of 6GWh. The total investment of the project is approximately 800 million yuan, planning to build two sodium ion battery production lines, with construction divided into two phases. The first phase is designed with a capacity of 2GWh, and the construction period is expected to be about 6 months. Party A will coordinate with a capital increase of 98 million yuan from the Industrial Guidance Fund to support the construction of the first phase of the project at Haidian Sodium Star.
