According to the news of Wisdom Finance and Economics APP, Orient Securities (03958) released an announcement that the company, as a guarantor, signed a "Guarantee Deed" on September 29, 2025, providing unconditional and irrevocable guarantee for all payment obligations under the issuance of 300 million US dollars of three-year floating interest US dollar bonds by its overseas indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Orient ZhiSheng Limited (referred to as "the bonds" in this announcement).
