Bohai Automobile Announcement: The company plans to purchase 51% equity of Beijing Beiqi Mosuo Technology Co., Ltd. held by controlling shareholder Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, as well as 51% equity of Hainachuan Andotu Seat Co., Ltd., 100% equity of Inafazhilian Technology Co., Ltd., and 50% equity of Langfang Laini Wire Harness System Co., Ltd. After this equity change, Hainachuan and its indirectly controlled shareholder Beiqi Group's total equity ownership will increase to 1.1 billion shares, accounting for 67.68% of the total share capital of the company. This transaction will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
