The world's first professional AI intelligent system for typhoons has been launched online.

The "IntelligenTyphoon" intelligent body, jointly created by the Asia-Pacific Typhoon Research Center, the Shanghai Typhoon Research Institute of the China Meteorological Administration, the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Shanghai Ocean University, and Shanghai Unicom, officially began its external testing service today. This intelligent body integrates scientific achievements such as "Tropical Cyclone Research and Review," "Typhoon Yearbook," "Typhoon Bulletin," and hurricane reports compiled by foreign meteorological departments, and integrates national-level scientific research output. From the mechanism of typhoon generation to path prediction to professional interpretation, all can be completed with one click. The intelligent body can achieve real-time tracking of typhoons, directly connect to authoritative monitoring data, update typhoon paths, intensity, and wind and rain impact range every minute, and generate visual text reports, making the dynamic information of typhoons clear at a glance.
