ST Green Health Announcement: Changxin No. 2 Enterprise Management Center has reduced its stake in the company by 3.8565 million shares through an agreement transfer, representing 2.48% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, the shareholding ratio will decrease from 5.00% to 2.52%. This equity change still needs to be approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for compliance and the share transfer procedures will be handled at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
