Zhixin Financial news app, Dingyi Group Investment (00508.HK) announced that all preconditions under the subscription agreement have been met. The completion of the subscription agreement has been implemented on September 29, 2025. As a result, the outstanding principal amount of HKD 980,000,000 convertible bonds due in 2018 has been fully redeemed, and the total principal amount of the convertible bonds of HKD 980,000,000 has been issued to subscribers on September 29, 2025.
