Recently, Beijing Jingwei Hengrun Technology Co., Ltd. announced that major shareholder and supervisor Cui Wenge, who owns more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his shareholding. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Cui Wenge directly holds 12,627,502 shares of the company, accounting for 10.53% of the total shares, all of which were acquired before the IPO.
