Zhtng Cijng APP news, Youlian International Education Leasing (01563.HK) announced that on September 29, 2025 (after trading hours), the lessor Youlian International Financial Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, intends to enter into a financial leasing agreement with the lessee Longkou Antai Logistics Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the lessor agrees to purchase lease assets from the lessee for a price of RMB 17 million, and the lessor agrees to lease the lease assets to the lessee for a term of 36 months, with a total lease amount of approximately RMB 184.71 million, which includes the principal and interest on the lease.
