China Zongan Group (00672) completes the sale of 11.204 million shares of Zongan Smart Shares.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Zhng'n Jtun (00672) issued an announcement stating that all conditions listed in the placement agreement have been met and completed. A total of 11.204 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to no fewer than six subscribers at a placement price of HK$3.53 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
