The Zhitong financial app news announced that on September 29, 2025, Golden Glory Group (00137.HK) revealed that its subsidiary, Yiyu Limited, intends to acquire the property from Pearl River Shipping Enterprise (Group) Limited for a price of 67.38 million Hong Kong dollars.
