Xinke Materials provides 60 million yuan in guarantee for its holding subsidiary.

On September 28, 2025, Anhui Xinke New Materials Co., Ltd. signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Wuhu Branch of Bank of Communications, providing a joint and several guarantee of up to 60 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Xinke Copper Industry, with a guarantee period of three years and no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, Xinke Materials has provided guarantees for Xinke Copper Industry with a balance of 143,026 million yuan. Xinke Materials holds 80% of Xinke Copper Industry. This guarantee is to meet the business development of the subsidiary with controllable risks. Currently, the company and its holding subsidiaries have a total external guarantee amount of 226,476 million yuan, accounting for 158.30% of the audited net assets in 2024, with no overdue guarantee issues. This guarantee matter has been deliberated and approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting.
