China Coal Insurance plans to increase its capital by over 300 million yuan, and the shareholding ratio of Shanxi Jinkong will reach 46.05%.

On September 28th, Zhongmei Property Insurance Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to issue 300 million shares at 1.002 yuan per share on top of the existing 1.22 billion shares, raising a total of 3.006 billion yuan in funds. If this capital increase is approved, Shanxi Financial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., the original shareholder, will hold 46.05% of the equity in Zhongmei Property Insurance, while the second largest shareholder, Changzhi Nan Ye Industrial Group Co., Ltd., will see its stake decrease from 26.23% to 21.05%. Among the remaining 14 shareholders, only two have stakes exceeding 5%.
