The Yangtze Communications announcement stated that shareholder Wuhan Jinkong Group intends to reduce its holdings of a total of no more than 3,296,121 shares of the company through centralized auction trading within 3 months of the disclosure date of this announcement, and the percentage of total share capital holdings shall not exceed 1%.
