According to the Securities Times APP, on September 28, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and eight other departments issued the "Work Plan for Ensuring the Stable Growth of the Nonferrous Metal Industry (2025-2026)". It mentioned that from 2025 to 2026, the value added of the nonferrous metal industry will increase by an average of about 5% per year, with continued improvement in economic benefits. The annual average growth of production of ten nonferrous metals will be around 1.5%, and positive progress will be made in the domestic development of resources such as copper, aluminum, and lithium. The output of recycled metals will exceed 20 million tons, and the supply capacity of high-end products will continue to increase. The level of green, low-carbon, and digital development will continue to improve.
