ST Tianmao: The company's stock will be delisted on September 30th.

ST Tianmao announced on September 28th that on September 25th, 2025, the company received a decision from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the termination of the listing of Tianmao Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE [2025] No. 1051), agreeing to the voluntary delisting of the company's stock. The company's stock will be delisted and removed from the market on September 30th, 2025. After the delisting and removal from the market, the company's stock will be transferred to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for listing and transfer under the delisting section managed by the original securities company through the stock transfer system.
