On September 27, a netizen from Jinan claimed that on the 20th of the same month, their Xiaoxiong Electric Appliance glass health pot suddenly exploded, causing a one-year-old child to suffer extensive burns covering 40% of their body. In response, Xiaoxiong Electric Appliance stated that after the incident, they sent someone to visit the hospital to console the baby and their family. They have been communicating with the family at the hospital and providing assistance as much as possible. Xiaoxiong Electric Appliance also mentioned that they are currently unable to determine the cause of the accident as they have not been able to access the relevant product.
