From January to August, the profits of equipment manufacturing enterprises above designated size increased by 7.2%, driving the profit growth of all industrial enterprises above designated size by 2.5 percentage points. It is one of the strongest sectors in terms of driving effect and plays a significant role in supporting the recovery of profits of industrial enterprises above designated size. From the perspective of industries, profits in 7 out of 8 industries in the equipment manufacturing industry have increased. Among them, the profits of the railway, shipbuilding, aerospace, and electrical machinery industries have grown rapidly, with growth rates of 37.3% and 11.5% respectively; the profits of the special equipment and electronics industries have increased by 6.9% and 7.2% respectively, accelerating by 3.7 and 0.5 percentage points compared to the period from January to July.
