Fully implement the sale of existing houses, Hunan Shaoyang promotes new policies in the real estate market.
On September 26th, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, and 9 other departments jointly issued the "Several Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Real Estate in Shaoyang City", focusing on the demand side, supply side, and institutional side, and introducing 15 measures in terms of supply, financial support, transaction convenience, quality improvement, etc. The measures cover land reserve utilization, financial support, housing provident fund, transaction vitality, real estate registration, and development of new models, aiming to build a new model for real estate development and promote the industry to establish a new development pattern.
On the demand side, Shaoyang City is not only speeding up the renovation of urban villages and dilapidated houses but also prudently promoting the housing voucher resettlement to digest the existing inventory of commercial housing. From October 6th to 15th, the nineteenth real estate trade fair will be held. During the fair, for those who purchase newly built commercial housing in the urban area of the city and pay the transaction deed tax in full within 3 months, the city financial department will provide a 50% tax subsidy to the buyer. At the same time, the city will increase the support for families with multiple children and high-educated talents buying houses. Full-time master's degree or above graduates and families eligible for having a third child under the national fertility policy who purchase newly built commercial residential housing in the urban area of the city will receive a subsidy of 20,000 RMB per household.
