Unity Holdings: Independent investigation found unauthorized guarantees.

According to a notice from Jiyi Holdings, the independent investigator appointed by the company has completed an independent investigation into the unauthorized guarantees made by the company, and issued an independent investigation report on September 17, 2025. The investigation revealed that the company had two undisclosed financing leases in 2022 and 2023, with amounts of 2.67 million and 4.05 million respectively. In addition, seven loan transactions involving the company's subsidiaries as guarantors were also not disclosed in the annual report. The independent investigator did not identify any other undisclosed loans, financing leases, financial assistance, or guarantee transactions.
