Zhixin financial APP news, Zhongtai Futures (01461.HK) announced that on September 26, 2025 (after the trading session), the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongtai Huirong Capital (as lessee), have entered into Lease Agreement 1 and Lease Agreement 2 with Qilu Zhongtai Property (as lessor). The lease terms for both agreements are from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 (including the first and last days), with rental amounts of RMB 14.5383 million and RMB 4.2484 million respectively, totaling RMB 18.7867 million.
