Shanghai Stock Exchange Holds 2025 Private Equity Investment Institution Exchange Meeting

According to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange organized a conference for equity investment institutions in 2025, focusing on implementing the "1+6" policy measures of the sci-tech innovation board reform, enhancing the attractiveness and inclusiveness of the capital market, and conducting in-depth discussions with 38 equity investment institutions and 12 sponsorship institutions. The meeting fully listened to market demands and responded to market concerns in a timely manner. While affirming the effectiveness of the sci-tech innovation board reform, the participating institutions put forward multiple opinions and suggestions in various aspects such as supporting the IPO and M&A of hard-tech enterprises, further increasing the inclusiveness and stability of the sci-tech innovation board, optimizing pricing mechanisms, promoting orderly participation of medium and long-term funds in the construction of the sci-tech innovation board, jointly carrying out the cultivation of tech enterprises, and strengthening information sharing and communication.
